Hyderabad - The City of the Nizams
Major attractions of the city of Hyderabad. This city dates back to the middle ages when it was the seat of the kingdom of Golconda and the site of the most famous diamond mines in the world. The Kohinoor and other famous diamonds came from the mines of Golconda. Today Hyderabad is a hub of high tech centers including India's DRDL that built India's guided missile program. Hyderabad is also a major IT hub with companies like Oracle, Microsoft, Google etc.
